dane55 operates a risk-based Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Verification may be requested at any stage of a Player's lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected.

Official results for settlement purposes are those published by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the official scorecard published by the ICC, PCB, or relevant domestic cricket board.
A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before the market's void trigger is reached; the event is postponed beyond the settlement window defined for that market; or a manifest error in the published odds is identified prior to event commencement.
